GENERAL RULES Returns are governed by the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Rights Protection'. STANDARD (OFF-THE-SHELF) GOODS Buyers may return goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided the item has not been used and retains its appearance, consumer properties, seals, and packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the return is due to a product defect. MADE-TO-ORDER GOODS (3D printing, custom items) Under Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Rights Protection', goods manufactured to the buyer's individual specification that cannot be resold to another person are not eligible for return, except where a manufacturing defect is discovered.
