Where to find seller payout details

A practical guide for sellers: which payout details are required and where to find full name, IBAN, and tax ID / company code in Ukrainian banks.

For 3Desher seller payouts, the “Domestic top-up details” block should contain three core details:

  1. Recipient — the account holder’s full legal name or the exact sole proprietor / company name shown by the bank.
  2. IBAN — an account in the format UA + 27 digits.
  3. Tax ID / company code — for an individual this is usually a 10-digit tax ID, and for a sole proprietor or company it is the official company registration code.

What exactly to look for

  • Recipient: full legal name without abbreviations, or the exact sole proprietor / company name.
  • IBAN: not the card number, but the bank account in the UA... format.
  • Tax ID / company code: a 10-digit personal tax ID or the business registration code.

Where to find these details in Ukrainian banks

Monobank

  • Open the card or account in the app.
  • Go to Account details or IBAN / Bank details.
  • The full name is usually visible in the client profile or in the account details screen.
  • For Monobank Business, the company code is shown in the business account details.

PrivatBank

  • Open the needed card or account in Privat24.
  • Tap Details or Show IBAN.
  • The account holder name and IBAN are usually visible on the same screen or in a bank details PDF.
  • For business accounts, the company code / tax ID is shown in business details.

Raiffeisen Bank

  • Open the account in Raiffeisen Online.
  • Find the Details or Account information block.
  • The IBAN is shown in full, while the legal name and tax ID may appear in the profile or in a generated bank certificate.

Oschadbank

  • Open the card or account in Oschad 24/7.
  • Look for Bank details, Account information, or a generated bank certificate.
  • The full name and IBAN are often on the account details screen, while the tax ID or company code may be in profile data or documents.

PUMB

  • Open the required account in the mobile app or web banking.
  • Then open Details or Account data.
  • If the tax ID / company code is not visible, check the client profile or bank certificate.

Sense Bank

  • Open the card or account in the Sense SuperApp.
  • Look for Details, IBAN, or Account data.
  • Business account details may be stored separately from personal cards.

Ukrsibbank

  • Open the account in UKRSIB online.
  • Look for Account details or Details.
  • If needed, generate a certificate with full payout details.

A-Bank, OTP Bank, Kredobank, Universal Bank and others

  • Look for a screen named Bank details, Account details, or IBAN.
  • If the tax ID or company code is not visible there, check the client profile, the account agreement, or a bank certificate.
  • For sole proprietors and companies, the payout details are often separate from personal card details.

If you still cannot find the details

  • Ask the bank to generate a certificate or PDF with your payout details.
  • Make sure you opened the exact account that should receive payouts.
  • Do not paste a card number when the field expects an IBAN.

For now, 3Desher confirms IBAN changes via an email code. That mechanism may change later, but these payout details will still be required.
